Club Penguin Name Glitch

I was on Club Penguin at the Plaza when I noticed in the top left hand corner where the club penguin times and the penguin mail icon is, that names were flashing up.  Check it out:

Notice the names, this glitch has probably occurred as of penguins joining a room.
I hope Club Penguin fix this soon.
